CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS
200 g butter
2 C sugar
4 eggs
300 ml cake flour
2 ml flavoured salt (hibiscus, rose, orange)
120 ml cocoa
100 g salted pretzels, chopped
METHOD
Variation – can use almond or coconut flour for a gluten-free option, and replace the pretzels with chopped nuts.
